"Technology is nothing without the proper professional development."  ~Bret Gensburg

Eagle Technology Integrations, LLC. was founded for this purpose.  Professional Development is almost a bad word.  Educators are becoming increasingly upset with bad professional development.  Our training events are designed with your educators in mind.  Instead of, "This is how you use the line tool...", we say, "This is how you can use the line tool in your classroom!" Professional Development should be content-based.  It should provide the teachers with more opportunity rather than simply the transfer of knowledge.  It should also impart to them the confidence to expand past the outline of the workshop.  Activities should be based on the educator's classroom needs, not just simple tasks never again used.  We encourage educators to develop "product" that well be used in the classroom throughout the year of teaching.

Eagle Technology Integrations, LLC. can conduct a Professional Development event in the following contact areas:

It is recommended that an event be an minimum of 3 Days.  It is also recommended that each event start with Day 1.  Class size for any event is limited to 24 educators.   After the first day of your event, new participants should not be added to the event.  There also must be a teacher to board ratio of 3 to 1 with all the boards located on the same floor of your building (prefer a common room).  Lunch should also be provided for all the event's participants establishing a working-lunch environment for the event.

Each event will end with ideas on where the technology can go in the classroom.  If an event is three or more days, it is beneficial to have a computer lab accessible for the participants to develop "product" in the class with assistance from the instructor.
