Use the links to explore the history of the Platonic Solids. Use the websites to discover what it means to be a Platonic Solid.

In-Depth Explanation Links:

These links will provide you with the mathematical facts needed to support your response to the Submission Article.

This link will open Adobe Acrobat Reader. Print the worksheet and fill in the blanks. This can be turned in as soon as it is done. Make sure your name(s) are on the worksheet and that it is placed in the class "turn-in" box.

WebPages for the Platonic Solids

Each of the five links will take you to a different WebPage of the main Website. Each page will give you a different pattern to print out on the different Platonic Solids. Be Creative! Do not just use white paper. Make the figures as big as you wish. Decorate these solids to be unique and your own. Be sure that each Platonic Solid is clearly labeled with its name and your name(s). Turn all five Platonic Solids in at once to the teacher. Do this by having all five Platonic Solids in one bag, or box with your name(s) on it.
